Service Description

A holistic one on one approach using Yoga philosophy, breath awareness, poses, meditation, Ayurveda, Sound, and Yoga Movement Therapy to heal injuries, trauma, addiction, and life goals for stress transformation. Yoga Therapy differs from a Private yoga session. Yoga Therapy involves an intake form, an assessment, and a personalized treatment plan based on individual needs. *Conducting in-person private sessions in Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Greenwood Village, and Littleton Colorado.
