About - Susan Albano
Susan Albano began practicing Yoga in 1995. She instantly enjoyed the benefits to her mind, body, and breath. She discovered how helpful Yoga was in dealing with stress and her fitness program. Over the years she has expanded her knowledge of Yoga by exploring a variety of styles including Classical Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin.
In 2014, she obtained her 250-hour Yoga Certification from YogaLife Institute. In June 2019 she acquired her 500 hours registering with Yoga Alliance. Her continuing education includes: Reiki Level II, Trauma & Addiction, and Sound Therapy. Susan received her Yoga Therapy Certification at Spanda Yoga Movement Therapy under the teachings of Dr. Jaime Stover Schmitt in December 2020.
